Favula was tasked with supporting Taipei and New Taipei City in their bid to host the 2025 World Masters Games.
The key challenge: How do we stand out among global competitors and showcase the cities’ unique charm?
Strategy
We embraced a diverse and imaginative narrative, blending virtual and physical elements while breaking down the boundaries between daily life and athletic competition.
We turned city streets and iconic landmarks into athletic arenas, expressing the idea that “sport is life, and life is sport.”
In just one film, we vividly captured both the brand identity of the host cities and the spirit of inclusive, everyday sports culture.
Results
The campaign successfully distinguished Taipei and New Taipei City from competing bids by Japan, Australia, and France, helping secure the hosting rights for the 2025 World Masters Games.
