Challenge
Taiwan Host, a government-certified program, was carefully selected by the Tourism Administration from countless local B&Bs for its premium quality and unique characteristics.
However, despite its high standards, the brand struggled with limited exposure and constrained marketing channels — resulting in low visibility and minimal public engagement.
Strategy
In the post-pandemic era, global tourism entered a new phase of "slow travel," where visitors seek deeper connections with local culture and a more relaxed pace.
We seized this moment to reposition Taiwan Host as the “Michelin Guide of Taiwan’s B&Bs” — a mark of quality and authenticity on the international stage.
By capturing in-depth interviews between passionate B&B hosts and local artisans, we crafted a documentary-style series that told real stories and humanized the brand.
The series was distributed via domestic and international streaming platforms and supported by a full-spectrum integrated marketing campaign, including brand building, event activations, and media promotions, fully highlighting the unique charm of Taiwan Host properties.
Results
We redefined the traditional concept of “accommodation,” transforming a one-night stay into a soulful, once-in-a-lifetime encounter.
Taiwan Host became more than just a lodging option — it became a portal to meaningful, post-pandemic travel, turning a simple stay into a source of personal inspiration and cultural connection.
